On April 18, Koyasu, president of QST, Takahashi, director general at NanoTerasu Center, Kawakami, secretary general at NanoTerasu Secretariat, and Takata, president of PhoSIC led a party from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, a tour of NanoTerasu.
