Delegation of Hyogo Prefectural Assembly Members Visits NanoTerasu

On November 5, a delegation of members of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly visited NanoTerasu.

Upon arrival at NanoTerasu, the delegation was welcomed by Mr. Kawakami, Director of the NanoTerasu Secretariat, who delivered opening remarks and provided an overview of NanoTerasu, with particular emphasis on the differences between NanoTerasu and SPring-8. This was followed by a presentation by Mr. Sunaga, Special Advisor to the President of the Photon Science Innovation Center (PhoSIC), who introduced the Coalition Use Program, including the Public-Private-Regional Partnership framework.

Following the presentations, the delegation viewed NanoTerasu’s equipment through the observation windows in the observation hall, with explanations provided by Mr. Kawakami.
