【Notice to Public Beamline Users:】 Enter records of samples and chemical substances brought into and taken out

Starting the 2026B term, users visiting the public beamlines are required to enter records of samples and chemical substances (including high‑pressure gases) brought into and taken out of the facility in the Chemical Registration Information System (CRIS).The information provided in the “Sample and Substance Format” and “High-Pressure Gas Format” submitted with your beamtime application has already been entered into the system.
Please use the dedicated PC located in front of the Users Office and log in with the ID and password provided in your beamtime notification.As a general rule, please enter records of items brought in upon arrival and records of items taken out upon departure.

The flowchart is shown below, and a printed operating manual is available next to the PC.
