On July 23, Dr. Kado, Leader of the Promotion and Public Relation Group at the NanoTerasu Secretariat, guided visitors from The Korean Semiconductor Materials, Components, and Equipment Innovation Convergence University Consortium (COSS)—comprising 28 students from Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Han Nam University, and Tech University of Korea—and the Ishinabe Laboratory in the Department of Engineering Research, Technology, and Social Systems on a tour of NanoTerasu.
